Hoboken was bustling with bikers, tourists and weekenders as we got ready to shoot the engagement session for Laura and Ryan. It was a gorgeous day overlooking Manhattan and the Hudson River and these two were looking absolutely gorgeous. People would stop and watch as these two showed off their love on the waters edge. I met Laura with my mouth wide open a few years ago. She is my dentist! When I first met her, I was absolutely stopped by her beauty. She has a gentle spirit and a smile that goes for days. She always asks me how life and business are here in New Jersey. I was just waiting for Ryan to put a ring on it, so I could shoot their wedding. Love my Dentist and now, my friend! Getting to know Ryan was awesome. He’s such a striking man and absolutely loves Laura. I didn’t have to direct these two love birds at all. They are so into each other…and everyone can see how in love they are.

One of my favorite parts of the day was carving their initials into one of the trees by the water. We weren’t sure if it was legal, but it was fun! Hoboken is such a vibrant place to hang out and the weather that day was perfect. Laura and Ryan know how to make each other laugh…I really think that is the best medicine for a relationship. With those gorgeous smiles…laughter is the perfect pairing.
