It was a warm and sun-filled day at Crystal Springs Resort where Amanda and Aaron were getting ready with their closest family and friends preparing for the best day of their lives. Amanda is in fashion and has a chic style thats unbeatable. Aaron is a former rugby player with calves the size of Texas. These two together are the perfect mix of beauty and fun. Their wedding day was no different- a lot of fun! Amanda has a great sense of style that is classic and chic. She also comes from an amazing Greek family that won our hearts over the course of the wedding day. Her and the girls were bustling around getting ready in their monogrammed zip up hoodies. Her navy and gold accents were a perfect pairing with her Deep V-cut wedding gown. She is a natural beauty and could get away with wearing anything, in my opinion. 🙂 The girls were all in Navy as well and were ready to see their friend walk down the aisle. Her mom and godmother both helped her get dressed and finish her look before she would leave to see Aaron for the first time. A few floors away, in a totally different environment- the guys were getting ready. Aaron comes from a Rugby background and his boys were in big spirits to support him. Rugby socks, custom tailored suits, monogrammed shirts and navy stripes. This was a good looking crew. They may have been a loud and crazy bunch, but they were certainly committed to their love for their boy, Aaron. Aaron is such a sweet guy and accommodating to everyone around him. I’m not sure if I like his smile or his softball size calves more. HAHA! It’s a rugby thing…the calves- not the smile 🙂 They both wanted an easy going, natural first look, so Amanda walked out of the resort where Aaron was sitting patiently to see his bride. These two together- absolutely stunning.

The ceremony was intimate and in true Greek tradition. We love the ceremonial traditions of holding the candles, wearing the crowns and walking around the ceremonial space three times. So many beautiful moments happen. The flower girl was one of the cutest parts of the ceremony. Greek ceremonies are at least an hour long and for a young girl, that seems like a century. She made so many silly faces and peeked around people to try and say hi to others. I probably took 20 photos of just her! I’m not sure Amanda or Aaron were really prepared for holding the tall white candles for 30 minutes. I giggled multiple times watching Aaron’s face as hot wax started to drop down his hand. After a while, Amanda joined him, as she was covered in wax herself. They were trying so hard to be serious, but it was quite comical. What a beautiful ceremony though. Having a choir sing throughout the entire ceremony really created a warm and welcoming feeling. Finally, they were married and the party would soon begin!

The celebration was at the Ballyowen Golf Club nested in the hills of New Jersey. It was a hot and sunny day, but that was not stopping us! We took full advantage of the blue skies and green golf course. Amanda’s dress was gorgeous in full stride. She is strikingly gorgeous and Aaron looked super sharp standing next to her. They have such a playful love that is so fun to be around. You almost feel like your part of the family! After running around in a golf cart for a bit, we headed back for cocktail hour. The reception was dressed with Navy and Gold touches throughout. I personally loved her gift of gold coasters that said “Love” on them. The band was legit! A folk style band that put a unique twist on popular songs kept the dance floor full all night. Don’t even get me started on the speeches. Gah, they were emotion packed and left everyone in tears. Amanda’s father, Peter, was one of the most dynamic people I have ever met. He could go from talking you to tears to Greek dancing like a pro! Such a fun loving dad. The night was full of laughter, dancing and memories for a lifetime.

Amanda and Aaron are two incredible people that had an amazing wedding. We are super excited to see their marriage grow and be apart of their lives. Congrats guys and thank you for letting us be a part of your adventure.
