What a fun, new concept- hiring a vacation photographer! The Brooklyn Bridge and Bethesda Terrace are gorgeous early in the morning. I believe the best time to shoot on the Brooklyn Bridge is at sunrise. It’s cooler, less people and personally my favorite kind of light! The McLeod’s came all the way from California to New York City for their vacation. Sunrise in the summer is around 5:45am. This family showed up not only looking fantastic, but they were so excited! Mom is also a photographer and I think this helped the kids to be ready. What a fun concept to hire a photographer for your vacation. If you are the “picture taker” in the family, then most likely you will not be in half of the photos. This is a great way to capture the essence of your family and your vacation time together. I absolutely loved every moment with this family. Thank you for having me be a part of your memories of NYC!
