- Engagement
The Old Bridge Township Raceway Park was the perfect place to meet Alyssa and Ernest to celebrate their engagement. Both share a love for racing cars and the need for speed. Alyssa’s parents joined us and were kind enough to bring two of their very own cars to the track. Alyssa’s dad has been racing since he was younger and the remodels on the Chevelle and Camaro are incredible. Loading the cars in trailers, having them glossy clean and bringing them to the track is a huge undertaking. We are so very grateful for all the efforts in getting the cars there. The black and red Camaro belongs to Alyssa’s mom, Leah. It is a gorgeous car for a gorgeous gal. It is sweet to hear the stories of Alyssa’s parents and their love for the track and even more fun to watch Alyssa and Ernest build their own memories. I must say, hearing the roar of the engines gives you such an adrenaline rush. We were completely stoked when they said we could do a burnout and fill the air with smoke. Being the dare devil that I am, I positioned myself directly in front of the car while they pressed hard on the gas and brake pedal all at the same time. It was scary…it was RAD! What a fun time at the track. This was a family thing and we felt like family when we left that day. Beautiful cars and beautiful people- it doesn’t get better than that. Thank you to everyone at the Raceway Park at Englishtown for opening up the gates and helping make this happen.
CHEERS! We look forward to a fantastic wedding with these two and their families.
xx
