This couple = FUN

It’s always an added bonus when you have a bride with gorgeous friends. I met Katie & Dan at a wedding I was shooting. It was a complete and awesome bonus when they called me after the wedding to set up an appointment. Katie is focused and knows exactly what she wants. Dan goes with the flow and has the best sense of humor. These two together are perfection.

Country Sheek— a modern spin on country…and I love it.

We had a fun time shooting on TWU campus. We totally snuck into the theatre on campus! As soon as I scoped it out and realized no one was stopping us–we shot inside for a few moments. I love spur of the moment ideas. I love doing something that we probably aren’t supposed to be doing! I know my couple won’t blow these up and put them on the wall, but these are memories only we share and it make the experience special and unique. When then packed up and moved on to a field I spotted off the highway. I drove…and drove…and drove until I finally spotted the perfect little field. It made me late to my session which NEVER happens. Luckily, I have the coolest bride and groom and they totally trusted me. I think the field was worth the extra 10 minutes! I wanted to give them something romantic and country without being so literal with barns and cattle.

They are planning a super unique and beautiful wedding and we are stoked to be a part of it. Congrats you two!
