A few years ago we were shooting a fabulous wedding deep the in the heart of Texas and met the sweetest couple while working. This is how Mindy & Tony entered our lives. They had flown in from California and were not engaged at the time. I remember having a conversation with Mindy about the Same Day Slideshow and that led me to asking her if she was engaged or married. She had a glow about her and a smile so big as she answered, “No, but I hope to be soon!” I remember leaving that wedding talking about them with Jeffrey. They left a lasting impression on me and I claimed I would shoot her wedding one day and she totally agreed! It was absolutely fabulous when I got the email stating she was now engaged and ready to start planning her wedding with Tony. I say this again and again…God always blesses me with the most beautiful relationships! Our couples become our forever friends. From the very beginning there was a deep love for this couple and we were absolutely THRILLED to make our way to San Diego, California to share in their celebration weekend! Being a destination photographer has allowed us to meet couples from all over the country and learn about their state and their traditions. We love traveling and even more than that- we love spending quality time with our couples. It is such an honor to be entrusted with someones wedding day!

The Lafayette Hotel is simply stunning. This wedding was simply stunning! So much that we have decided to do a THREE PART blog! I could talk all day about how much fun we had and all the wonderful things that we experienced, but I think I will let the photos speak for themselves.
