• Engagement

Amanda and Rai requested their engagement session to be during golden hour and somewhere in nature where they aren’t surrounded by crowds of people. We were all on the hunt for a scenic place to shoot that would fit their needs and boy did we find the perfect little spot! Waterloo Village is literally 10 minutes from my house and I had absolutely no idea. I landed the jackpot with this sweet little hidden gem. It has been quite the warm start to Fall, but the colors have started to change making for beautiful color filled photos. After meeting up for a quick drink, we strolled through the village and enjoyed the views as the sun started to set. It was absolutely incredible for about 3o minutes as the sun poured all around us. You might have found me wading in the water to get a cool angle…possibly up to my thighs. Hey- it was hot and I wasn’t going to miss a great opportunity for a photo! I enjoyed getting to know Amanda and Rai and hearing about their love story and how he proposed over a picnic. These two are just smitten with each other and you can’t help but smile when you are around them. I thoroughly enjoyed strolling through the village and running up and down the hills with these two.

Congrats Amanda and Rai and we are so pumped to be apart of the wedding, too!
