She walks with a mission and he follows close behind smiling…

They are precious! Nervous giggles and small talk started us off as we entered yet another gorgeous day in the Fort Worth Stockyards. Sunny and warm in February! Trevor fit right in with his cowboy hat and Whitney was rockin’ the cutest boots! Shooting in the stockyards is always a work out! You walk a lot and dodge a lot of folks, but the photos are always worth it. I love some of the classic places to shoot when we go here, but I also accept the challenge to find new places to shoot. It was fun to see the excitement between these two love birds all day. They are the most genuine people I have met. When they rounded the corner with their second outfit I almost didn’t recognize them! ha Trevor is a man of many looks! 😀

We were so lucky to be allowed in Lonestar’s! They had a closed event for a charity, but when the owner figured out it was Whitney & Trevor he made an exception! That’s what I’m talking about!! We made our way in and set up some lights as the live band played a sweet song for the happy couple to dance to. This is a very special place to them and it meant a lot that the rules were bent to make their engagement photos complete. We then packed up the gear for an outfit change and made our way to Love Shack off of Exchange Avenue. It was time to have a drink and enjoy some country music. About half way through their beer they decided to chug the rest in a race. I think its safe to say they both disagree on who really won. But the photos say Trevor won 🙂

We thoroughly enjoyed this session. It was a beautiful day and a fabulous session. I think the photos really showcase their love. Congrats you two!
