My dreams are coming true. That about sums it up.

I’m in the city I love. I am shooting amazing brides. My life is AWESOME.

She’s a 1st grade teacher; He’s a businessman. They’re love is so sweet.

What a fabulously styled and beautiful couple I had the honor of shooting this week! We met at their apartment on the upper east side of the city. I *love* meeting in a couples comfortable place. In this case it was their home. The view was amazing, the drinks were tasty and the place was cozy. They were definitely in their element and so I decided to shoot in their home to start things off. REAL life is so precious. Stephen works from home and Jennifer teaches at a gorgeous school that looks like a castle! This city never lets me down. It holds amazing people and places. It’s the ultimate playground!

We headed down to catch a cab and make our way to Vanderbilt Gate in Central Park. I was married here 5 yrs ago and it brought back a lot of memories. What a beautiful thing…to have a gorgeous park in the middle of the city. It’s like a retreat from the fast paced lifestyle that surrounds it from all sides. GAH, I could rave about this couple and this city for days…but I will save you the time and just show the photos.

Congrats to the happy couple. Thank you for having us in your home and taking us on a journey of your daily surroundings and life. You are fabulous and it was an honor to share the day with you.
