It’s not everyday you get to shoot Yoga in New York City. But when you do–its pretty amazing.

Everyone is put in your path for a reason. I just love how life will place someone in your life and keep bringing them back around when you least expect it. Mikey is a friend from back in the day when I used to hang out in Dallas, Tx. We spent many a night on the dance floor enjoying House Music. He moved to Florida and started his fitness business- Syphon Fitness. He is extremely talented. He is extremely passionate. And he is extremely peaceful. He gave me a real sense of peace when we walked around the crazy streets of New York. The hustle and bustle, people chattering, sounds of nature- and yet he would be in a state of bliss and stillness a mist all of the chaos. It really was beautiful.

I am so grateful he thought to reconnect with me in NYC for this Yoga shoot.  Cheers to your successes and we look forward to watching your business grow! Look forward to seeing you again.
