Going back to Texas always brings more time with one of my mentees turned best friend. Anyone who has worked with me in Texas probably knows Jessica from working alongside me. She is amazing and I have had the honor of being her friend for 3 years. This was around the time she started dating Jake. 🙂 I have heard about Jake from the moment I met Jessica. Although I didn’t get to hang out with him much- I have always felt that I have known him. I absolutely adore these two people. I really could blog about them all day, but I will keep it brief. Being able to document the love story I have heard about so many times is probably one of the coolest things ever. Jessica is eclectic and is a collector by habit. She gravitates towards things of the past, vintage pieces and collectables. When we arrived at Magnolia Avenue in Fort Worth- I immediately though- This is SO JESSICA! We have talked and dreamed about the day she will marry Jake. Now, we are really living it out. We ended the session on stage with Jake, his guitar and the big TAP graffiti. This is where Jake popped the question to Jessica. We got a little funky with some lights and enjoyed dusk as we wrapped up the evening.

I am over the moon excited for one of my favorite couples and friends. Love you both and I look forward to watching your love grow.
